Skin Care

prior to migrating to canada, i do not have any sort of a beauty ritual. no morning nor night time rituals for me. i do not put on lotion and i rarely put on makeup. when i do put on makeup, i go with the bare minimum - lipstick and powder.

migrating to canada has somewhat forced me to acquire some sort of a morning and night time ritual. mainly because the weather is causing my sensitive skin to break up. putting on lotion has become a neccessity in order to avoid the rough feel of dry skin.

finding good products to help you take care of your skin is necessary. and finding skin products that complement each other is likewise essential. choosing where to buy should not be done haphazardly. companies, like iDerma, which offer selected brands that are recommended by leading dermatologists and beauty experts should definitely be considered.

our skin, after all, protects our body so it is just right that we take good care of it too.

uy sobra, i really get this post. the canadian weather must be so harsh on our tropical skin. even in tokyo, we still have to use moisturizers in winter lest our skin gets all flaky and icky.

Same for me here in the US. I can't live without a moisturizer, especially in the winter time.

You have probably heard about the many benefits of Shea Butter. It is used for many different things such as dry skin, irritation, muscle aches, chapped lips, dry hair, and many more.

Shea Butter is made from the kernel of the Karite tree. Before it is made, the Karite tree produces a fruit. It is a green-orange fruit which is about the size of an apricot. It is deliciously sweet, and high in vitamin C and other nutrients. When the fruit is eaten, there is a kernel left over. This is what is used to make the Shea Butter that we love for our skin!

Shea Butter is more than just great for your skin. Knowing that it is safe enough to eat is important. You no longer have to worry about which kind of cream and moisturizer you can use for your baby's sensitive skin, your chapped lips, or even your face. It is something that can be used for a ton of different things. Thanks, Mother Nature!

I stumbled uopn this website, found this product called IHT 9 Intensive Hair Regrowth Shampoo. I researched over Internet about this shampoo and all its natural ingredients (its a 100% herbal shampoo) and then I decided to give a try. I have been using this shampoo for more than 2 months and I must tell you all that it has not only stopped hair loss but have actually stimulated very tiny hair growth at my balding forehead. I am so happy that I came across this wonderful product!

be sure to use plenty of moisturizers in the winter time. The air up there can be really dry.
