I failed during my first application to migrate to Canada. Despite I got 6.5 points in IELTS (without any preparation), the assessor emphasized I could have gained higher than that to meet the minimum 67 points. The money I've spent for IELTS and Processing Fees (among others) were wasted. I was discouraged. Now, I want to re-apply. However, I've already invested some money to land and a big house in the Phils. Cannot decide if I have to pursue another application or not. Needs your opinion.
